By plane

  • T.F. Green Airport(PVD) [1] in nearby Warwick (Rhode Island) offers many of the low cost and scheduled flights to cities in the United States.
  • Logan International Airport(BOS) Boston (BOS) is much larger and is generally used for most international flights.

T.F. entry Greene by car

  • :: take north I-95. Approximately. 20 minutes.
  • Bus:
    • bus #20 goes to Kennedy Square in the providence of the center by Elmwood and Roger Williams Park and Zoo, and takes approximately 40 minutes.
    • the #14 bus goes directly to and from Kennedy Square and takes approximately 15-25 minutes, also connects to Newport, Narragansett, and Greenwich East.
    • bus #66 also makes a direct route to Kennedy Square, also links to URI. route information from:RIPTA website bus [2]. A commuter rail will be available in 2008.

Logan entrance

  • Car: South of I-95 plug. Approximately. 40 minutes (potentially much longer in traffic).
  • Public Passage: take the silver bus line (MBTA is a LUMINOUS line) at the station Du Sud and take a commuter train from MBTA to providence. Approximately. 1hr 30 min in travel time. Add the waiting time of 1-2 h if you haven't projected that catching commuters. The commuter rail leaves you in the providence of the center.

  • MBTA, 100 Gaspee Street, +1 617-222-5000, [3]. MBTA runs a commuter rail between Boston and providence on the Providence/Stoughton line (formerly the Attleboro/Stoughton line). It is $7.75 for a one-way trip taking approximately one hour. The weekend service (9 tours Saturday, 7 Sunday) was added in July 2006.
  • Amtrak "Acela" and "Regional" lines, 100 Gaspee Street, 1-800-USA-RAIL, routes [4] continue to the south and west Washington and Virginia, but from north Boston it is the most economical to take MBTA. Service is quite frequent. The Acela train takes just under 3 hours to reach Penn station in New York on the way south of other points.

By Car

To those driving, I-95 will serve you well from Boston or New York the sectors, right. Route 146 is better from Worcester or western Massachusetts. I-195 connects to Cape Cod and East Massachusetts.
